The media keeps asking Trump if he's going to accept the election results should he lose, as if it in any way matters if he "accepts" them. Let’s get something straight. The media keeps asking Trump if he’s going to accept the election results should he lose, as if it in any way matters if he “accepts” them.

Let’s get something straight. The President does not get to accept the election results. The President is subject to the election results.

That’s how a Democracy works!

It is absolutely not legally possible for him to remain in power if he loses.

The fact that Trump doesn’t seem to understand this basic legal fact of the society he is currently the President of does not change this.

If Putin would take the time to explain this to him, he might have a good enough grasp on the concept of democracy that he doesn’t openly announce that he’s trying to run a fake election totalitarian state style on a nearly daily basis. Thankfully, he’s possibly the dumbest person alive.

When he loses he’s out.

His options at that point will be limited. Having been a facial criminal his entire life, and a straight up traitor colluding with Russia and other foreign states to establish and remain in power, he’s going to be in some legal hot water. Basically, if he loses, his options are either to move to Russia for the rest of his life, or court battle after court battle for the rest of his life here, with the very real possibility of financial ruin and or prison.

His adult kids too.

He seems to understand that much.

So heads up, the USPS gutting was only the opening gambit of a very desperate and stupid man, who is also a textbook Dark Triad Case.

There is more and worse coming

Brace your self.

I think it’s time in this country for every thinking American to decide. If he somehow remains in power, do I leave immediately or stay and fight for the country I was lead to believe I live in? Free speech, freedom of religion, equal rights, human rights, due process, legal representation, representative democracy, the right to peaceably assemble to protest the government… That country.

I’ve been grappling with this.

I really want to leave, but I won’t.

Fascism in my country will not stand.

I will stay, and if this man thinks he can subvert the will of the people, I will fight.

If Trump thinks that Americans by and large value their lives more than their ideals, he’s got them confused with himself.
